Don’t Eat Fruit


There is no need to consume fruit. The sugar found in fruits (fructose)  cause a hormonal response to store body fat. Specifically, fructose is metabolized in the liver and any excess sugar will enter a pathway for triglyceride production which lead to fat storage.

Our European ancestors didn’t eat fruit every day and they certainly didn’t have access to fruit year round. We can obtain Vitamin C and other essential vitamins and nutrients diet by eating vegetables, I know…gross.
